Once you have subscribed to a policy through us, we will be your insurance counterpart. We will be easily reachable and shall insure that your insurer intervenes anytime that this is so required. We shall be there for the renewal of your policy every year and if and when you have a claim to make, we will definitely be there to facilitate the process. Otherwise, from time to time, we will come back to you if there is any news item that may be relevant to you. And if there are any new product offering, we may as well relate to you.
